Woman Taken To Hospital In Critical Condition After Being Shot Near Airline Drive

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A woman was taken to the hospital after she was critically injured in a shooting on Sunday morning, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the incident happened in the 10000 block of Airline Drive.

Authorities said the woman, who they believed to be 24 years old, was shot on Airline and then drove to a gas station on the North Freeway. She was hospitalized and is said to be critically injured.

Deputies are currently investigating the incident.
