Dragon’s Dogma 2 gives you so many opportunities to gather resources throughout the land. These resources can either be found in the wild or they can be bought from various merchants in DD2. There is even a way to combine items to make a completely new material — though no such combination has been discovered for Panacea yet.

It’s obvious that some resources, such as Onyx, will be rarer to find compared to other resources, such as hide from animals or silver ore. As for Panacea, there are various ways that you can obtain this powerful curative.
What Makes Panacea So Good
Panacea is a curative and very useful in healing you. It can heal up to 1000 stamina and 1000 health. It will also remove all status as well as add N/A status to your character. You could even make some decent money selling it, as it’s worth up to 1050 G.
Finding it can be a bit of a challenge, and it’ll cost quite a bit of gold if you choose to purchase it. We will update as we discover more information about this curative such as any resources that can be combined to create it.
Where To Find Panacea
You will have a 1% chance of Panacea being dropped by scavengers. They can also be found as loot in chests you find randomly. One known place that you have a chance to receive it as a drop from an enemy is within the castle ruins near the Ancient Battlefield.
Another area to find Panacea would be in a chest not far from your beginning area of the Borderwatch Outpost. Take the Southwest exit out of this town, follow the path until you come to your second Y, then veer to your right. Continue heading northand go across a stone bridge. Keep an eye on your map, as you will soon come to what looks like an underpass.
Right after you travel under the wooden bridge, turn to your left and head up the rocks. Climb up a few rock ledges, keeping to your left. You will eventually come to a chest on the ledge of the cliff. Inside will be a bottle of Panacea.
Merchants Who Sell Panacea
There are also various shops that sell Panacea. You’re most likely to find them from Alchemists. As we discover more of the land and towns, we will update the list of merchants.

In the first Dragon’s Dogma game, players were able to craft Panacea, but so far, no such crafting combination has been discovered in Dragon’s Dogma 2. Should a crafting recipe be unearthed, this guide will be updated with that information ASAP.
