At least 12 people have been reported dead after three camoflagued individuals wielding machine guns opened fire at a concert hall in Moscow.

Evacuation of the Crocus Music Hall is currently underway. Local media reports that a fire has also broken out in the building.

Meanwhile, Russian news agency TASS reported that the perpetrators potentially used machine guns. No more details were provided.
